Amplifying our social profiles with an eye on the AI-age.
Our social profiles often capture the best of us, or that we prefer to show, but for the ups and downs of any year, the privilege to still count friends as true friends, and to make new ones with whom we share deep interests is still one of life’s best gifts.
Those moments, a loss in confidence, changes that defy our usual resilience; that’s where friends lift us. He’s a talker, I’m called. Also a collaborator, so I’m looking forward to a restorative break to do what I love most.
In coming posts I’ll share some beautiful work our MA students did presenting their ideas in a TEDx style, a call from a truly beautiful friend Claudio Von Planta who’s on a solar powered motorbike covering Africa, and friends whose work I’d love to give a shout out to linking at conferences the power of art, science and creativity.
This short one-minute film is the calling card to do those things. Here’s to those who fall 99 times and get up the 100th, who cover lights to bring others in, and to family and friends who believe, as my mentor said from Ghana, “Kwaku you have unfinished business”.
